Ordering Policy

Callie’s Biscuits are shipped in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs and a minimum two-day transit. The reason for the high shipping cost is due to the items being perishable.

They will arrive on your doorstep fully cooked, frozen and ready to be reheated or placed in the freezer. Please note, your order may not arrive frozen, and this is totally fine! Our biscuits are fully cooked before they are frozen, so nothing will spoil. You can re-freeze them when they arrive.

Remember:
Callie’s Biscuits are shipped with FedEx on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (orders need to received by 9am on Wednesday for Friday delivery) with a two day delivery time. If you need them sooner, please call. During the busy times of the year, orders are not guaranteed to delivered the same week they are placed. Holidays may also interrupt regular shipping—please call if you have a question about shipping around the holidays*

Any special shipping instructions (date, etc) should be included in the comment box at check-out

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the recipient shipping address is correct and available for delivery.
