Pork Potstickers

You'll Need:

    - 1 pound ground pork - ½ head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 3 tablespoons soy sauce - 2 tablespoons fish sauce - 2 tablespoons sesame oil - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil - Juice of 1 lime - 4 green onions, diced and divided - Wonton wrappers - Water

How To:

    1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Napa cabbage, ginger, garlic, and 3 green onions. Sauté until cabbage is tender, about 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool. 1. Once the cabbage has cooled add the pork, mixing well to combine. 1. Fill a small bowl with water. Place 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture into the center of a wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in the water and run it around the edge of the wonton. Fold the wrap over in half to create a triangle shape, pinching the edges to seal well. Place filled dumplings on a baking sheet covered with a damp paper towel. (You don’t want them to dry out). 1. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the dumplings, don’t overcrowd, you will need to work in batches. Cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden brown. 1. Add 1/3 cup water slowly and carefully to the skillet. Cover with a lid and turn the heat to low. Let cook until all of the water has evaporated. 1. Transfer potstickers to a paper towel lined plate. 1. In a small bowl, make the dipping sauce, combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. 1. Serve immediately with the dipping sauce and garnish with 1 diced green onion. Enjoy!
