Beach Dip with Biscuit Crackers

Ingredients
- • French Onion Dip (16 oz)
- •½ cup scallions, chopped
- •2 tbsp chives, chopped
- •¼ cup pickled red onions, chopped
- •2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- •Funyuns, crushed
- •Biscuit crackers, to serve
No summer beach day or poolside lounging is complete without the perfect snack to pair with your favorite drink of choice. Down here in the lowcountry, we might have beach-worthy weather nearly all year round, but especially in the summer months I go there with a craving for something to keep me cool in the humid air.
This Beach Dip with our tender, buttery Biscuit Crackers is all dressed up and ready for the sounds of the waves. Simply starting with your favorite store-bought French onion dip (or try out another dip - go crazy!) and adding a few key ingredients takes this from a quintessential bite to something crave-able.
The bite of the green onions along with the savory and vinegary taste of the worcestershire sauce and the pickled red onions make this a beach party in a bowl. Add the crunch of the crushed Funyuns – both in the dip and on top – and you have totally sold me…Funyuns have always been a favorite of mine! Pair the easy appetizer with our Biscuit Crackers and you have something that will be gone in seconds once you hit the sand.

Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine french onion dip, scallions, 2 tbsp chives, pickled red onions, worcestershire sauce, and ¾ cup Funyuns. Use a spoon or rubber spatula to mix together thoroughly.
- Transfer dip to serving dish and dress with the rest of the chives and crushed Funyuns. Serve with biscuit crackers and any other of your favorite dip vessels, and enjoy!
