The pimento cheese at Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is made with sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, along with pimento peppers and mayonnaise. We also add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, black pepper and spices for a delicious, savory flavor.

Is pimento cheese healthy?

Our pimento cheese is healthy in moderation. It's good for a keto diet, as it's low in carbohydrates and contains healthy fats. Pimento peppers are also rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as folate.
