About Lewis Barbecue
John Lewis is one of America’s most legendary pitmasters, and he’s earned a cult-like following for his unerring dedication to barbecue. After time in the competitive BBQ circuit, he helped Aaron Franklin open the legendary Franklin Barbecue and partnered with LeAnn Mueller to open the much-loved La Barbecue before moving to Charleston to introduce the Lowcountry to the world of Texas-style barbecue.
