Composed of our handmade buttermilk biscuits, creamy hand-shredded pimento cheese, and some chopped jalapeño, only a few ingredients bake up to an addictive appetizer that will definitely disappear from the snack spread first. And don’t hold back for Father’s Day - you can level up the spice levels with our Fiery Pimento Cheese.

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Generously butter a 9” x 5” loaf pan around the sides and bottom.
- Working side to side of the loaf pan, layer biscuit pieces to cover one end of the loaf pan. Spread a generous amount of pimento cheese (about 2-3 tbsp) onto the sides of the biscuit pieces. Then, sandwich the pimento cheese with more biscuit pieces. Follow the same steps until you reach the other end of the loaf pan.
- Top with a few additional tablespoons of pimento cheese and sprinkle chopped jalapeño pieces. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-17 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before flipping the bread out of the loaf pan and back onto your serving platter. Drizzle the top with hot honey (optional) and enjoy!
