Pickled Okra Pimento Cheese

- • 12 oz Fiery or Traditional Pimento Cheese
- • 6 pieces of pickled okra, roughly chopped
- • Biscuit crackers to serve
You're probably not from the South if you don't love pickled okra. A few weeks ago while I was traveling, a friend sent me a photo of pickled okra mixed into pimento cheese. The minute I saw it, I thought, "That sounds delicious." As soon as I got home, I knew I had to give it a try myself.
This Pickled Okra Pimento Cheese is one of the easiest ways to level up your pimento cheese game this summer. Starting with our Traditional or Fiery Pimento Cheese and adding chopped pickled okra creates the perfect combination of creamy, tangy, and crunch in every bite. Sometimes the simplest additions make the biggest difference.
Served with our Sharp Cheddar Biscuit Crackers, this easy appetizer is made for summer happy hours or afternoons on your porch.
Instructions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine pimento cheese and a little over half of the chopped pickled okra. Use a spoon or rubber spatula to mix together thoroughly.
- Transfer dip to serving dish and dress with the rest of the chopped pickled okra. Serve with biscuit crackers and any other of your favorite dip vessels, and enjoy!
