Founder Carrie Morey’s mom (and company namesake), Callie, would serve these salty and decadent southern staples at her catering events. When Carrie, who often served as wait staff at her mom’s events, saw customers react to their first bite of the biscuit, she knew they needed to share them with the nation.
A labor of love, these Country Ham biscuits are – let’s just say – not easy! Callie handmade the biscuit dough, folding in freshly hand-grated sharp cheddar cheese, baking ever so perfectly for a cake-like center and crispy top. She hand-split each biscuit and added her own house made dijon mustard. The star of this biscuit is the salty country ham. As you know by now, we don’t cut corners. In fact, each and every one of the millions of biscuits we bake in our eateries and production facility are made by hand – just the way Callie made her Country Ham Biscuits. We use simple ingredients that can be found in your own kitchen, like fresh blueberries for our Iced Blueberry Biscuits.

You’ll never find added sugars, powders, palm oils, or “natural flavors” (what is that?!) in our handmade biscuits. You’ll also notice that there is no cookie cutter manufactured shape. Each of our artisan biscuits are hand stamped.

Our handmade biscuits are fully baked and frozen, so they arrive cool to the touch and ready to be placed in your freezer – without preservatives! When you’re ready to reheat, simply remove from the packaging, wrap in aluminum foil and place in your oven.
