Mini Crab Biscuit Rolls

Ingredients

  • • 12 Buttermilk Biscuits
  • • 8 oz crab salad or dip (We used Big T’s)
  • • Flat parsley, for garnish
  • • 2 tbsp melted butter, optional

Living in the Lowcountry, fresh seafood has always been a part of summer. I love finding simple ways to bring those flavors to the table, especially when friends and family are gathered around.

These Mini Crab Biscuit Rolls are one of my favorite ways to do just that. Our warm Buttermilk Biscuits paired with your favorite crab salad or dip make an easy appetizer that's perfect for summer entertaining.

Whether you're hosting cocktail hour, heading to the beach, or gathering around the table with family, these little bites are always a welcome addition.

Instructions:

  1. Reheat the buttermilk biscuits according to package instructions.

  2. Once out of the oven, turn the biscuits onto their sides and using a spoon, carve out a small divot into the biscuits. Repeat for each of the dozen biscuits.

  3. Scoop a small amount of crab dip or salad into the divots of each biscuit, with a little extra overflowing on top.

  4. Finish with an optional brush of melted butter and a garnish of a small piece of parsley. Enjoy!
