NOTE: Our packaged Gluten-Free Buttermilk Biscuit Mix has been tested and indicated the negative presence of gluten. This result does not indicate that the product contains zero gluten, but if present, it contains less than 10 ppm of gluten. If you have celiac disease or are very sensitive to gluten, we would advise against the consumption of this product. We produce these biscuits with gluten-free flour however, our Callie's Hot Little Biscuit bakery is NOT certified gluten-free. Our facilities still handle wheat products.
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour (cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthin gum), Baking Powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), and Kosher Salt. Contains Milk.
