2025 marks our 20th year of Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit! Thanks to your support, we have turned a dream of sharing my mother’s Country Ham Biscuit recipe with the world into a biscuit empire. In the last two decades, we’ve grown a hot little bit – from restaurants, to grocery stores, to cookbooks, to food trucks, to a TV show, and a whole lot of shipments! To celebrate this made-by-hand milestone, we are bringing some of my personal favorite biscuit recipes to your door.

Some originated in our very own Charleston eateries, some came from collaborations with cherished friends in the baking world, and other ideas originated from you


The 20-Year Biscuiteer Collection will be released flavor-by-flavor over the next twelve months, but you can view each flavor today! Because each batch is made-by-hand, quantities will be limited.
