Shipping policy

Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the recipient's shipping address is correct and available for delivery. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

All of our perishable orders are shipped with FedEx Monday through Wednesday and Thursdays and Fridays as needed. If you're only ordering non-perishable items, your order will be shipped with the standard FedEx Ground/Home Service.

We ship all of our perishable items in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs. The reason for the high shipping cost is due to the perishable items needing to arrive quickly.

A hand-packed box will arrive on your doorstep fully baked, and ready to be reheated or placed in the freezer. Please note, your order will arrive cool to the touch and not necessarily frozen. Our biscuits are fully baked before we freeze them, so they will not spoil. Please re-freeze the biscuits and cookies and promptly put your pimento cheese in the refrigerator when they arrive.

If you need your order by a specific date, please call us directly, 843.577.1198. Delivery date requests cannot be guaranteed.
