How to Enjoy

Prepare mix to package instructions. Freeze any leftover biscuits in a vacuum-sealed freezer-safe container; keep for up to 18 month in the freezer. To reheat frozen biscuits, wrap in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 400ºF.

Store mix, grits, and jam in a cool dry place for up to 12 months. Refrigerate jam after opening.

Buttermilk Biscuit Mix: Flour ((wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcuim phosphate), salt), and Sea Salt. ALLERGENS: Contains: Wheat. Manufactured on Shared Equipment that May Have Traces of Eggs, Milk, and Peanuts.

Gluten-Free Biscuit Mix: Gluten Free Flour (cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum), Baking Powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate) and Kosher Salt. Contains Milk. ALLERGENS: Manufactured on Shared Equipment that May Have Traces of Eggs, Milk, Wheat, and Peanuts.

Carolina Grits: Unenriched cracked corn.

Blackberry Jam: Blackberries, Cane Sugar, Pectin.
