We all know that Southern Living Magazine is really the Southerner's handbook. Which is why when I saw their Instagram reel on a "single dish that could feed a crowd," I had to add a Callie's Hot Little Biscuit twist to it!

The Biscuit Sandwich Casserole is perfect for the busy holiday season and can use your leftovers from your Christmas supper. Thank you, Southern Living, for yet another inspiring recipe!

Callie's Hot Little Biscuit Sandwich Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Grab your Callie's Hot Little Biscuit out of the freezer to let thaw, or use the Callie's Hot Little Biscuit Biscuit Mix to make your very own.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Slice your biscuits sandwich style and fill them with your favorite fixins'. We love sausage, bacon, and pimento cheese! 
  4. In a bowl, combine eggs, a splash of cream, and a dollop of Dijon mustard. Whisk together.
  5. Place biscuit sandwiches on a sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture all around the biscuits.
  6. Place in oven for approximately 10-15 minutes.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
