Peaches, Berries & Brie Charcuterie Dip with Biscuit Crackers

Ingredients

  • • 1 bag Callie’s Sea Salt Biscuit Crackers
  • • 2 yellow peaches
  • • ½ cup blueberries
  • • ½ cup raspberries
  • • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • • 2 oz country ham
  • • 1 tablespoon Callie’s Carolina Honey, for drizzling
  • • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • If you’re looking for something easy to put out when company comes over, this Peaches, Berries & Brie Charcuterie Dip is just the thing. The sweet peaches and berries are baked with creamy Brie, salty country ham, fresh thyme, and a drizzle of our Carolina honey, then scooped up with Callie’s Sea Salt Biscuit Crackers. It’s sweet, savory, creamy, with a little bit of a kick too! It’s perfect for hosting a dinner party, a backyard get-together, or a Sunday afternoon with family. This is the kind of appetizer that disappears before you even get a chance to sit down and put out an extra bag of biscuit crackers because folks will be coming back for more!

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
    2. Dice the peaches and cube the Brie cheese into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Cut the country ham into smaller pieces.
    4. In a cast-iron skillet, evenly distribute the Brie cheese, peaches, blueberries, raspberries, and country ham.
    5. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the top, followed by crushed red pepper.
    6. Drizzle Carolina Honey generously over everything.
    7. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the Brie cheese is melted.
    8. Carefully remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
