It’s a classic combination for good reason! Pair the bundle with your grandmama's fruit salad, your go-to hors d'oeuvre, or any Easter side dish that goes with ham. This bundle lets you skip the OpenTable reservation and simply preheat the oven to an Easter Sunday 2024 brunch for the books. We've done the work, so you can focus on what to wear to Easter brunch instead!

Sunday Brunch Bundle with Porter Road

Looking to go the extra mile or impress your in-laws? Add a little rub! Our founder Carrie Morey's Quick & Easy Ham Rub recipe takes less than 10 minutes to come together. 

Carrie Morey's Ham Rub Recipe


  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  •  1 tbsp Honey

  •  3 tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • Zest and Juice of 1 Orange

  • 1 tsp Ground Cloves

  • 2 tsp Paprika

  • 2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder


  1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. 
  2. Whisk together ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture over ham.
  4. Place ham in roasting pan, on rack. Add two cups of water to the pan. 
  5. Roast at 250 degrees for 90 minutes, basting every half hour. Increase temperature to 350 degrees and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 45 minutes for a half ham. 
  6. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
