Buffalo Chicken Pimento Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

  • • Savory Herb Buttermilk Biscuits
  • • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked, pulled, and chopped
  • • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • • 12 oz Traditional Pimento Cheese

The season of football is here and I wanted to create something delicious for tailgating this year! Buffalo Chicken Dip is a newfound staple of Sundays, and as I always do, I needed to make it into something the Callie's way. Combine Buffalo Chicken with our creamy, tangy Pimento Cheese and sandwich the filling in between a tender, fluffy Savory Herb Buttermilk Biscuit and you have a slider that is going to make you sing!

Fuel up to cheer on your favorite team with this delectable appetizer; easy to prepare and great to bring along to a game day party or the stadium parking lot. While I hadn't ever had Buffalo Chicken before, this dish has become a new favorite for my household during the season!

Buffalo Chicken Pimento Cheese Sliders

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Slice biscuits in half, remove tops and set aside. Place biscuit bottoms onto foil covered sheet tray.
  3. Mix together chicken, buffalo sauce, and pimento cheese together in a medium bowl.
  4. Scoop filling onto biscuit bottoms. Add tops back on.
  5. Melt the Savory Herb butter and brush on top of the biscuit sliders.
  6. Cover biscuits with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly and cut sliders apart. Serve and enjoy!
