This result does not indicate that the product contains zero gluten, but if present, it contains less than 10 ppm of gluten. The Food and Drug Administration states that products can be labeled as “gluten-free” if they contain less than 20 ppm of gluten.
If you have celiac disease or are very sensitive to gluten, we would advise against the consumption of this product. We produce these biscuits with gluten-free flour however, our Callie's Hot Little Biscuit bakery is NOT certified gluten-free. Our facilities still handle wheat products.
