Pimento Cheese Jalapeño Poppers

Do you want a really quick Summer appetizer that packs a punch? I’m going to take my pimento cheese and stuff these jalapeños and roast them in the oven. Put a little biscuit bread crumbs on top and you have the perfect summer appetizer!

    - 5 jalapeño poppers - Callie's Hot Little Biscuit fiery pimento cheese - Biscuit bread crumbs


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 1. Slice the jalapeño poppers horizontally and deseed them 1. Fill each popper with approximately 2 teaspoons of pimento cheese 1. Top with biscuit breadcrumbs 1. Place in oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until tops are golden brown 1. Turn oven on broil for 1 to 2 minutes

Homemade Biscuit Breadcrumbs

    - Use extra Callie's Hot Little Biscuits - Toast in oven for 10 minutes - Pulse 10 to 15 times in food processor, or until breadcrumbs are fine
