Pimento Cheese Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
- • 5 jalapeño poppers
- • Callie's Hot Little Biscuit fiery pimento cheese
- • Biscuit bread crumbs
Do you want a really quick Summer appetizer that packs a punch? I’m going to take my pimento cheese and stuff these jalapeños and roast them in the oven. Put a little biscuit bread crumbs on top and you have the perfect summer appetizer!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Slice the jalapeño poppers horizontally and deseed them
- Fill each popper with approximately 2 teaspoons of pimento cheese
- Top with biscuit breadcrumbs
- Place in oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until tops are golden brown
- Turn oven on broil for 1 to 2 minutes
Make Bread Crumbs
- Use extra Callie's Hot Little Biscuits
- Toast in oven for 10 minutes
- Pulse 10 to 15 times in food processor, or until breadcrumbs are fine
