Sausage Biscuits
Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit's first frozen, fully baked biscuit sandwich is a nod to our founder, Carrie's, childhood memories. Indulging in a sausage biscuit in the fast-food drive-through is a memory many of us can associate with!
The Sausage Biscuit satisfies the craving for a savory, spiced sausage biscuit but without the preservatives. The all-natural patty comes from Jones Dairy Farm, a seventh-generation family-owned company in Wisconsin. It is fully cooked and made with the highest quality fresh pork and all-natural spices.
One of our customers' favorite ways to enjoy is a Sausage Biscuit with egg & pimento cheese! The combination is a top-selling sandwich at our Callie's Hot Little Biscuit eateries, and you can recreate it from home anywhere in the country with our handmade, ready-to-reheat Sausage Biscuits.

Handcrafted with care – our dough is gently mixed, never overworked, for that signature tender bite.

Rolled and cut by hand – no machines, just skilled hands shaping every biscuit to perfection.

Baked golden and flash-frozen – locking in freshness so you can enjoy homemade quality anytime.
