Lemon Poppy Seed Biscuits
Growing up, I remember my parents having healthy resolutions in the new year and having a huge emphasis on citrus in that time. Lemon, grapefruit, anything that would lift flavors and give some great benefits along the way.
Infusing flavors in biscuits is difficult, so we've turned to lemon poppy seed to pack a punch. These biscuits are light, airy, and fresh indulgence after the holiday season. Think: your fav muffin or pound cake – goes biscuit!
Enjoy alongside a cup of tea at breakfast or indulge a little with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Ingredients: Self Rising Flour, Butter, Granulated Sugar, Turbinado Sugar, Whole Milk, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Poppyseeds, Vanilla Extract

Handcrafted with care – our dough is gently mixed, never overworked, for that signature tender bite.

Rolled and cut by hand – no machines, just skilled hands shaping every biscuit to perfection.

Baked golden and flash-frozen – locking in freshness so you can enjoy homemade quality anytime.
