After ten years of our Hot Little Biscuit eatery on King St and almost nine years of our City Market location, I wanted to create my top list of eatery menu items. From employee-favorites to customer-hits, this is a list of five of our hit recipes from our eateries!

Goat’s Cheese, Jam, & Arugula

A tender biscuit sandwiched with creamy, tart goat's cheese, our sweet, Blackberry Jam (customer favorite!), and spicy, crisp arugula! A hit among our eatery customers and especially a top pick for vegetarians when they come to visit, this biscuit has been a staple on our menu for years.

Sausage & Egg

A classic breakfast sandwich built on one of our tender, fluffy buttermilk biscuits. Most customers choose scrambled eggs, but if you happen to catch me in the eatery when you stop in, there's no way I won't be recommending a fried egg instead. Nothing is better than a runny egg on our sausage biscuits -- and if you add pimento cheese, it's a total game changer!

Biscuit Bowls

This is a menu item that brings together two iconic Southern staples - biscuits and grits! Build your own bowl with bacon, sausage, pimento cheese, roasted tomatoes, and more. Perfectly customizable to suit your tastes, or get recommendations from our staff if you can't choose!

Biscuits & Sausage Gravy

Another classic Southern dish made the Hot Little Biscuit way! This is a recipe that has been passed down for years in my family, and I love being able to share it with our customers and see them enjoy it as much as I do.

Sausage Biscuits with Jam

You may be skeptical about this combination, but it is a rave among out HLB's biscuiteers! The sweet and savory is the perfect balance with our spiced sausage patties and delicious Blackberry Jam. You find both of these on our website to try at home!
