Buttermilk Biscuits
A Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is delightfully cakey, not flakey! We hand-make our biscuits with cream cheese to give them their tender, buttery, and tangy taste. You can't go wrong with having at least a dozen of our homemade buttermilk biscuits on hand. They're perfect for breakfast, brunch, entertaining, and even as a dinner roll for supper.
At Callie's Hot Little Biscuit, we firmly believe that the best way to savor this biscuit is to generously brush the tops with butter and serve them warm. While the handmade biscuits shine alone, try them filled with fried chicken, shrimp salad, or our pimento cheese. Explore our blog titled "The Best Buttermilk Biscuit Recipe & Inspiring Ways to Enjoy Them" for additional creative ways to savor biscuits.
